How to solve the problem of colors change of the images of the projector EPSON EH-TW5500?
Question from customers
Question from R. Noa:
I have a problem with the color of the picture displayed on my projector screen. In fact, I occasionally use my projector and when I turned it on this morning, all the colors are reversed. Note that I am only within 5 months of using my Epson EH-TW5500 projector and the lamp is only within 500 hours of use. Do you think the problem is the lamp? Does it already reach the end of its life?
Thank you for your help.
Answers from justprojectorlamps.co.uk
Normally, your lamp should still work for some time or even a few months since you do not often use your EPSON EH-TW5500 and you are less than 500 hours of lamp usage. It may be that the problem is a failure at the LCD block. Therefore, a technical resolution is required. Since you're at the fifth month of using your EPSON EH-TW5500, you might consider returning it to the warranty support.
You should also know that your description (inverted colors) is not a sign of the end of life of a lamp projector.
