Paypal: a Paypal account allows you to pay for the purchase of a projector lamp via your credit card or your bank account.

Check: once your order is validated, we will send you an e-mail with the necessary information for payment of your projector lamp order by check.

Bank transfer: once your order is validated, we will send you an e-mail with our account details.

Parcel delivery (DHL)

Express delivery

Every order of an available product placed before 3 p.m. on a working day delivery will be shipped on the same day by DHL and delivered the following working day.

The option of express delivery is only possible for orders paid by credit card as well as for orders placed by public administrations.


Standard delivery

Projector lamp orders are shipped every late afternoon by DHL, the express shipping company. Clients usually receive their goods within 48 hours (no delivery service on Saturdays and Sundays).

The shipping fee amounts to 11,49£ per order, regardless of the number of projector lamps purchased.

A DHL courier will hand-deliver your parcel with signature confirmation. When you place your order you can indicate your home or your work address or your instructions for handing over the parcel to a third party (a neighbor, a caretaker) if you can't take delivery yourself.

As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number which allows you to consult the real-time progress of your projector lamp or bulb shipment. In order to track your parcel online, please copy this link in your browser window:

Access Point delivery (UPS)

UPS has got many access points - formerly Kiala - all around Europe.
By choosing the nearest access point from your location, you will be able to get your parcel anytime even during week-ends.
You can also use "UPS My Choice" for the following :
- To change or amend the date and the address of delivery
- To choose texts or emails alerts.
