For any lamp exchange or refund, you have 14 days from the date you received the goods to do so

For any exchange request

For any exchange request or retractation, please make sure you have an RMA number which shall be
mentioned on the parcel
The lamp must be returned in its original packing in good condition.

In case of an error in the product you ordered from your side, you will have to pay the shipping fees.

For any refund request

After receiving the goods within 14 days maximum, we will make a refund of the amount paid excluding
bank fees and shipping fees.

All returned products unpacked, used or damaged by the customer, or received after the return period,
will be subject to a charge of a restocking fee from the cost of the returned product.

If all the conditions relating to the right to cancellation are contractually met, the refund will be made
within 15 days of receipt of return.

These terms shall apply subject to the conditions of sale of our Marketplace partners.
