How to solve the problem of a new projector lamp SANYO that does not light?
Question from customers
Question from Guillaume D.
I bought from you a month ago a new lamp for my SANYO projector. Now it will not turn on. I would like to know your opinion if there is a manipulation that you could advise to light again this SANYO projector lamp or I'll return it for a test or replacement.
Waiting to hear from you soon.

With regard to the manipulation:
It concerns actually to reboot the thermal protection button.
In order to ensure this:
1) Open the projector: remove the 6 screws, 3 below and 3 at the back.
2) Disconnect the ribbon cable from the control panel.
3) At the left back, above the location of the lamp, there is a thermal circuit breaker (a round black object with a small white button), click on it with a pen.
4) When you hear the click, it's good.
5) Now reboot your Sanyo projector
With regard to the lamp return:
Thank you to return it with its original packaging to our address.
Hopefully it helps you,
