Hello,
I just replaced the original lamp of my EPSON EMP-TW20H by the new lamp and I see that whatever the color settings made on the program, in the left side of the screen of the projector there is a yellow color marked while the right side remains in natural colors.
Would you be kind enough to contact me to consider replacing the lamp because there are still 3 months of warranty?

The color problem that you describe can not come from the light. It is important to know that the light comes from the lamp, but not the from colors.

The colors are controlled by the matrix and the color wheel. The lamp has the function of projecting a light beam passing through the color wheel interposed between the lamp and the matrix. The color wheel is made up of four sectors: the 3 RGB colors and the fourth sector's role is to increase the light. Different colors are then reflected or not by the system of microscopic mirrors content of the matrix, specific to the DLP / DMD technology. And now, the pixels that form the image on the screen appear black or colored.

Therefore, the role of the lamp is only to project the light beam and the colors of the image on the screen generally depend on the state of the matrix and the color wheel.

However, if you would like that we test your lamp, thank you for letting us know and we resume. But the return charges will be at your expense if the lamp is in working condition.
