How to make last longer a projector lamp?
Question from customers
Question from Jean-Yves U.
I want to tell you a problem in relation to the projector lamp that I bought from you. After 4 months of use, it is burned, despite use quite normal and stationary. Note that I did not have any signs of failure during installation or during this period. I would like to know why in this case it is burned so prematurely because it does not even reach half of its life? What could be causing this?
I would like to return the lamp to control.
Thank you to tell me the procedure.

Maintenance projector lamp
Several factors could accelerate the failure of a projector lamp. First, there is the environment where your projector is installed, that is to say, we must take into account the heat it receives. Since a projector lamp produces a lot of heat, it can not endure a certain degree of temperature.
The lack of time off of the projector also causes the premature wear of the lamp. In other words, a projector lamp is very sensitive compared to lamps of other devices.
In this environment, we must also avoid dust that traps heat. So it is necessary to clean the filter and the inside of your projector.
It is also necessary to set the brightness of your lamp in the most economical mode. Especially avoid use with strong light continuously.
Unfortunately, the 3 months of warranty is expired. But if you always want that we check the lamp in your projector, please confirm.
