How to restore the signal between the Epson EB - S18 and your Toshiba laptop?
Question from customers
Question from L. Mary :
I need your help because I don’t know what to do or what happens between my computer and my Epson projector. In fact, during my usual presentation at work, my Epson projector lost computer signal after 15 minutes. For information, my computer is Toshiba.
Pending the assistance from you and thanking you in advance for that.

Epson EB-S18 :
Your problem is quite common when it comes to loss of signal between the projector and the laptop. Know that the problem does not come from your Epson projector because one of the most common causes of this situation is the laptop running on battery. Indeed, your laptop has limited resources operating on batteries, so, it will disable all "unnecessary" connected hardware (including your Epson projector). Just plug in the power cord to the laptop and proceed to reboot.
Do not hesitate to contact us if the problem persists. We remain at your disposal.
