What can you do if the incorrect image is projected with your Optoma HD26?

I would like your advice and assistance. It?s about the display problem of my Optoma HD26. That's two years since I use it and I've never had a problem images like now. I can send you a photo of the display if necessary. In your opinion, what can I do if I have this bad image projected to the screen from the Optoma HD26?

First, make sure that the computer is connected to the projector Optoma HD26, or facade. And if you use a switch box, make sure the switch box is well with the right computer. It is possible that you need more information on the VGA switch boxes for this. Also, make sure that the correct source is selected and well with your Optoma projector.
Do not go beyond these instructions. If you find that the problem persists despite these interventions and indications, it would be best to contact a specialist in the field.
