How to have dual displays on your computer and projector Epson EH- TW490?
Question from customers
Question from Franck N. :
Hello,
I have to connect my Epson projector to my new laptop, but the problem is that: it is impossible to achieve a "dual". I tried to switch it with the FN key and the F8 key (FN + combination varies depending on computer manufacturer I think) and I can only see this display "No signal" on my projector Epson EH-TW490. What could be the problem?
Thank you already for your help.
Sincerely,
Frank N.

Epson EH-TW490 :
Hello,
Some new laptops were sold with capacities of advanced video card that could override the FN + F8 combination tipping but others not. Often with Windows XP, you may have this problem; you couldn’t have the multi-screen mode. By cons, with recent versions of Windows such as Windows 7 or Windows 8, this should no longer appear. So we must also look at the side of your operating system and opt for these new versions.
You may also have an interface of your graphics card on your screen that allows you to set the dual screen option or not.

Sincerely,
