What is the cause and solution to the problem of the light green wire that appears on the screen of a Sanyo PLV-Z3000 projector after installing the new compatible lamp LMP135?
Question from customers
I call to you to help me solve my case.
I ordered a projector lamp LMP135 for my Sanyo PLV-Z3000, and after its installation, there is a light green wire that passes through the screen.
My old lamp does not pose the same problem, so, in my opinion, the problem might come from the lamp.
Do you have any idea of the cause and solution to this problem?
Thank you for your help
Answer from justprojectorlamps.co.uk
A crack on the glass of the bulb could cause the display of the light green wire on the screen of your Sanyo PLV-Z3000 projector. This could mean that it is may be a bad lamp, but you must take into account the double packaging to protect the lamp during the transport. The crack could then have occurred at the time of replacement of the lamp LMP135.
If you want that we test your compatible lamp LMP135, we can start the return process. On the other side, if the projector lamp is in good condition, the costs will be your responsibility.
Please keep us informed of what you intend to proceed in solving your problem.
