Hello,

Following the order, I received the item Bulb compatible Acer PD523 (BCEL-EC.J1001.001) but it does not match the correct bulb: it is too large 5mm in width and length, its size is 50*50mm instead of 45*45mm, although the reference on the box is the right one (BCEL-EC.J1001.001).

What should I do?

Actually, there are three options for replacing your projector lamp Acer PD523: you opt for the original lamp, that is to say, the lamp made by the manufacturer Acer and referenced EC.J1001.001 or you can choose the compatible lamp made by another manufacturer with the reference MCEL-EC.J1001.001, and the third option is this compatible bulb BCEL-EC.J1001.001. Your problem is the size, so you should opt for the replacement of the entire lamp by the original lamp with size 45 * 45mm.
