Why there are vertical and horizontal banding on the screen of a projector NEC NP600 ?
Question from customers
Question from MARLIER
I do not know if I should change the lamp of my projector or there is a more serious failure in the projector: there is a vertical banding unlit right of the screen, and horizontal banding and almost no light more. Thank you in advance for your answer.
Answer from justprojectorlamps.co.uk
We must distinguish two cases:
If you have vertical banding on the screen your projector, it can not come to the light. You should know that the lamp does not fix the colors of your image, only its brightness. Sometimes it presents itself as a phenomenon inherent to LCD technology because LCD screens are characterized by vertical lines, but when the lines become more apparent, more persistent and significant, we can suppose that there is a failure.
But if the brightness is very low, it is the lamp. This information must be confirmed by a repair, only authorized to make a diagnosis.
