What causes the flashing picture at the startup of my projector Mitsubishi HC3200?
Question from customers
Question from Frédéric PREGNON:
I ordered from justprojectorlamps.co.uk a lamp VLT-HC3800LP, an original lamp for MITSUBISHI HC3200. Installed for less than two months with 62 hours of use, it shows what seems to be a very premature end of life.
I would interpret this because my other lamps have dropped with the same type of problem in their last hundreds hours, but after a use of 3000 hours.
At the startup of the projector, there is a sizzling and we can see a flashing picture on the screen. It stabilizes after 5 minutes. It seems to me that it is an anormal situation.
Thank you for your response.
Answer from justprojectorlamps.co.uk
The problem you describe does not seem to come from the lamp. A deteriorated lamp can not light up when you start a projector. In your case, the lamp lights, but the picture flashes and then stabilizes.
But if you want that we test your lamp, you can return it and we will renew.
In the case which it is tested and has no fault, the cost of returning the lamp will be your responsibility.
Thank you for keeping us informed about how to proceed with your application.
