How to make the problem of horizontal lines visible on the screen of your projector OPTOMA HD800X disappears?
Question from customers
Question from John M.
I am contacting you to announce a problem with the lamp of my Optoma HD800X. In fact, I changed the projector bulb and after making the change, I realize that I have small horizontal lines as a small frame that appears. I checked my HDMI connections and everything seems correct. And then there's a green grid visible at the top left of my screen projector.
Could you tell me where it comes from? Is it from the lamp?

Since it is a LCD projector, it requires that you check the connectors on the panels if they are not removed and also check the connectors of the motherboard. It is also possible that the LCD block is failed especially red and blue. In all cases, the problem can not come from the light because the light is only responsible for the brightness of your Optoma HD800X.
