Our guarantee on projector lamps

We offer a 30 day guarantee on original projector lamps, or longer as defined by the manufacturer.
The guarantee is 90 days on « original inside » projector lamps, 90 days on compatible projector lamps, and 90 days on diy compatible projector bulbs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to invoke the guarantee on your projector lamp, you are required, as a first step, to ask for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. In order to obtain a RMA number created via www.justprojectorlamps.com, please log in (with your email address and your password) and select the link Guarantee/Customer Service -> RMA demand.

NB: The guarantee takes effect from the billing date of the lamp.

Troubleshooting - return policy - Premium insurance

Even if in most cases the failure of the projector is due to the end of life of the projector lamp, it can also be caused by a defect of one of the electrical or electronic components of your projector. In this case the replacement of the projector lamp will not solve the problem.
