Hello,

I ordered via your website a replacement lamp for my SONY CINEZA VPL-HS60 projector.

I mounted the lamp immediately. The lamp intensity was very low and despite all my efforts, the warning of lamp replacement remained on the projector screen. However, the lamp worked, but it worked poorly.

Two days ago, the projector refuse to turn on and displaying an amber LED corresponding to the manual, "Change lamp", although it has been changed!

Therefore, I request you to replace the defective lamp.

Before anything else:

- Have you reset the lamp timer of your projector once the new lamp installed? You can find instructions in the manual or on the Internet.

- When you say that the projector cannot start, does it mean that the projector itself does not light up at all or that the lamp does not light up?

To answer your question, I actually reset lamp timer following the instructions of the manual.

When turned on, the projector turns on and the LED is green but the lamp does not turn on: no blue light projection, causing in a few minutes the off of the projector and the amber LED that shows it is time to change the lamp.

Hello,

Some checks seem necessary in this case: the trap could be not closed, the lamp could be disconnected and verify if the ballast is properly connected and in good working condition.

After this verification, if you still can not start your SONY VPL-HS60 projector, we will begin the return process to test your lamp.
