Did you know the matter of the bulb lifespam before having to change your first lamp ?: Yes.
How long did it took before your EPSON bulb needed to be replaced ?:4 years
Did you see any sign of weakness in your EPSON before it was to be replaced ? :yes. The image had become less intense
To change your EPSON lamp, did ask your projector supplier if he could also supply the replacement lamp ?: No
To change your EPSON lamp, did ask EPSON if he could supply the replacement lamp ?: Yes.
What was the projector manufacturer response (EPSON) ? that we should consider replacing the whole system the cost of which would be defrayed somewhat by not having to pay for the bulb and projector service.

Any comment on your receiving the parcel : Because effective delivery is always likely to be an issue I was not dismayed by the standard courier charge but would have preferred a trackable system with an expected delivery window narrowed to 4 hours and with a contact so that rescheduling can be accommodated if desireable
Changing the lamp itself was ...: Easy .

Other suggestions or comments ?: I was very impressed by the contact who I spoke to a young lady who made enquiries and responded promptly.
It was a bit difficult getting through on the telephone and messages were not returned in good time, (I followed up and was told you had been busy).
